Holding the weight I lost!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
down 70 lbs and i hate to admit this but i'm being judgmental now towards people my old size. there's this gut-level revulsion i didn't have before. spent years learning to love my body and now i've got this switch flipped. i don't want to be like this but it's happening.

The physical comparison hits differently. Stacking the actual weight you lost makes it real in a way scale numbers don't. The moment of lifting it tends to land harder than any photo.

Stagnating on 2.4mg for a year is worth investigating with the prescriber - the usual options at that point are a 4-week pause to reset receptor sensitivity or switching to tirz or Reta, which use a different mechanism. The 5 lbs in a year suggests the therapeutic effect is present but maxed. The 'lifting the weight you lost' framing is underrated as a way to experience the change concretely - sometimes the numbers stop telling the story and the physical reality has to.

Are you actually strength training with weights? Never did it myself, lost about half my body weight and regret it since I ended up looking flabby with basically no shape left behind. Please lift if you're not already. Otherwise you'll wish you had.

Really love this idea, and it'll save me a storage cost too. Wish I could say with full confidence I'll never put this weight back on, but I try to stay realistic about things. Not regaining it is absolutely the goal though, and I hope that holds true for every one of us on this journey.
Thanks again for putting the suggestion out there.
