How do you fix chronic low sodium on reta without crushing electrolytes?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Bit of an odd one here. Genuinely low sodium numbers have been a fight going back to roughly february, tracing even further back based on older results, before reta even entered the picture. Another blood draw happened wednesday, same story again. A sports drink or electrolyte mix shows up every couple days, evidently not enough. Salt rarely gets added to anything besides tomatoes or eggs, restaurants are rare, frozen meals never happen, so there's no obvious hidden sodium source.

The real hope is finding a way to spot-check maybe once monthly whether the number's climbing, without a full lab draw every time. Lab precision isn't the goal, just enough to gauge which way it's trending. Spent a chunk of yesterday hunting for some kind of home testing option, came up empty and eventually stopped out of frustration. Figured this group's collective experience might turn up something.
Thanks, everyone

That's been going on since before reta even started so I don't think it's fair to pin it entirely on the medication, but worth flagging to your doctor either way since chronic low sodium isn't something to just monitor forever without a plan.

I've stayed on the same dose for a while now specifically because every increase seemed to mess with something in my labs, sodium included. Might be worth asking if holding steady for a stretch settles yours down too instead of chasing the next bump.
