How long is YOUR bac water good for?

I drink more water and take Colace. Used to buy the store brand but Colace works better and more predictably.

BAC water pH in the range of roughly four to seven is the working standard - the mild acidity is what maintains bacteriostatic properties. Reta is generally stable across that range, so a pH strip confirming you are in that window is a reasonable verification step. Outside that range on either end, peptide degradation risk increases.
