How long is YOUR bac water good for?

You look fantastic! We have almost identical stats. SW 186, CW 145, GW 135. I'm struggling to get below 145. I don't want to increase my dose; I've been on 1mg for 9 weeks now. Can you tell me what you're doing to help with your weight loss?

BAC water pH in the range of roughly four to seven is the working standard - the mild acidity is what maintains bacteriostatic properties. Reta is generally stable across that range, so a pH strip confirming you are in that window is a reasonable verification step. Outside that range on either end, peptide degradation risk increases.

Bac water after puncture is stable for about 28-30 days with the preservative. Fridge consistency and visual clarity before each draw are the two checks.

The BAC dilution and injection volume tradeoff is real - more BAC reduces the burn but increases the volume you have to push, which has its own limits based on site tolerance.

Once injection site redness shows up, retiring that vial is the right call - two months is past the safe window for a punctured BAC vial even refrigerated.
