Yuki_56 raises an interesting point. I have heard a few people mention mood and anxiety shifts after stopping, separate from the weight side entirely. Not a huge sample but it keeps coming up enough that it seems worth paying attention to. My own experience was mostly just the appetite side changing but I was curious if something else was going on with how the medication affects the brain more broadly. The non-weight effects seem underdiscussed in general. Anyone who has been through a full stop can probably share more detail than I can but it is worth noting when it happens.

Yes, went through this myself for the first time recently. Definitely don't want to feel that way again. Only three weeks into semaglutide and already drinking a fraction of what I used to. Strange but genuinely amazing side effect.
