I think there are maybe 3 levels of risk:
Low: Buying from known suppliers, maybe a 10% chance of getting ripped off.
Medium: Buying from suppliers with mixed reviews but some recognition, 20-30% chance.
High: Buying from suppliers nobody's heard of before or who have a bad rep, 50% or higher.
But even if it's severely underdosed, it's still usable most of the time, it just costs more per mg. You just need to account for it when you reconstitute and dose if you have the test results.
