Hunger creeping back after day 5?

Glad it's not just me, noticed more food noise creeping back after two weeks on the four-part blend too, seemed to line up with a small plateau. Bumped my reta dose to try countering it.
 
Appreciate that, you're right. Hunger's starting to show back up and food isn't making me sick anymore, slowly climbing toward feeling better each day.
 
Hey, this is something that crosses my mind a lot too. Fairly new to this medication myself, but when hunger and food noise stay strong even at the highest dose, it starts feeling almost pointless to keep going. Sure, hunger without it could be even rougher, but shouldn't the body's natural hormone balance gradually settle back on its own over the long run? Asking because this genuinely worries me, currently at a high dose and feeling hunger creep back, so considering going higher still, but what happens once there's nowhere left to go and the cravings come back anyway?
 
Someone regular over on a bodybuilding forum mentioned that, gastric-emptying slowdown from GLP1s aside, insulin release itself still only spans a few hours.

Just putting that out there since it does seem to hold up logically.

Not claiming to be an authority on this though.
 
How's your experience with the newer compound going? Started mine three days back at 1mg. So far so good. Had some constipation the first two days, but that's cleared up now. Not running any other GLP medication alongside it right now. Feels stronger even than 5mg of the dual-action one though. Zero hunger whatsoever. Have to actively remind myself to eat something. Not sure yet how long this effect will last. Won't inject again until hunger returns to a more normal level, then I'll figure out my actual schedule from there.
 
Nobody's pushing me, I genuinely want this. Yes, appetite suppression was really noticeable that first month or so. Ran four weeks at .25 then four doses of .5 (last one just yesterday). Over these past couple or three weeks though, my hunger's come roaring back.
 
Appetite shifts day to day even on GLP drugs, and some people notice it's suppressed even harder the day after a dose, or two days after. I wouldn't worry. If your intake stays that low over a week or several, dropping the dose makes sense, since so little energy could cause very rapid loss if you're heavy or leave you feeling like garbage. Congrats, sounds like you respond really strongly, which is handy if you have plenty to lose.
