Hungry after my dose... anyone else?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Are you still doing weekly shots at maintenance, or did you stop entirely? I've also noticed getting full a lot quicker, though hunger still shows up pretty normally otherwise. Honestly not sure whether to bump the dose or just hold steady while I'm still seeing results.

Haha genuinely, skip arm injections if that hasn't happened yet. Took yesterday's dose there for the first time. Way more potent than expected, been running 7.5 for a while now, but never had eating feel basically impossible until now. Even just thinking about food brings on nausea.

Yeah, that's always been the pattern for me too, hungrier the couple days leading up to my next shot. I eat a little more during that stretch but try to keep it mostly healthy. Actually plan around it, since Saturdays tend to be when I'm eating out or have plans, it works out nicely being able to enjoy food more that day. Still losing a pound weekly overall, so I'll hold off increasing the dose until I actually hit a plateau.

Going to give this a shot. Hunger's creeping back and honestly I could devour the whole fridge right now. Went from having zero interest in food to feeling ravenous by midweek, especially right before my next shot is due.

Ten weeks in now, injecting Fridays at the current amount, and by Wednesday my appetite's noticeably picked back up, more so lately than it was early on. Seems like my body's adapting to this level, so I might eventually need to bump up, which I'd rather avoid, so for now I'm just relying on a bit of willpower. Understanding what's happening at least helps me prepare for it ahead of time. Someone else mentioned eating less early in the cycle and then their intake climbing the closer they got to their next injection, while still averaging out fine over the full week rather than day by day, if that makes sense.

Just staying relaxed and keeping an eye on it, and if bumping the dose ends up being necessary, so be it.

Yes, taking it daily. Had to adjust my eating and count calories carefully to make sure I hit enough intake lol, the first two days post-injection are hardest for me food-wise. Swapped lunch for a liquid meal replacement since it's easier to get down that way, plus added extra clear protein for backup.
