Hydration Station - whatcha drinkin?

It's not too sweet (I always add more water) and doesn't foam like some clear proteins do. The big box store sells it.

I have blue raspberry (for my son) and mango pineapple on the way...

I also like the Ultima pina colada mix. Funny story:

I went from a medication with tirzepatide to one with reta, and that increased my cravings for sweets. I was putting 3 scoops of Ultima pina colada into my water bottle multiple times a day. I started having diarrhea almost every day and figured it was the switch to reta, I almost went back to the other med. Then I read the ingredients and saw that each scoop has a good amount of magnesium citrate. I was giving myself way too much mag citrate daily! After I cut back, my stomach issues went away. Now, I limit myself to one per day and alternate with other electrolyte mixes.

Sea salt in water! Some people promote a specific brand, but I buy another. Just a pinch in water is all you need. Add some lemon or orange for flavor.

Sea Salt

I get it! Water gets boring, and the packets are great but expensive. I use the electrolyte packets from Costco or lemon juice and a bit of salt. Sometimes a flavored seltzer is good!

I use electrolyte drops in addition to the other electrolyte mixes I use throughout the day. Instead of using the drops in my water bottle I use a syringe. It's easier to get the right dose. I put it into an espresso cup, add a small amount of water and drink it like a shot. I follow this up with either plain water or water with another electrolyte. I think the salt in all of the electrolytes keeps my heart rate down and improves my blood pressure which is often low.

I'm trying to focus on eating better while on this medicine. It's interesting how much better I feel when I eat real food. I used to grab pizza or fast food if I skipped a meal and felt horrible after.

I totally agree! I've been on this for a little while now and have learned that I feel way better if I get enough protein and fiber. Greasy food just makes me feel sick now.
