I've never been brave enough to post here before, kinda paranoid about being identified. But I had to share... I'm finally under 200 pounds for the first time in maybe 11 years? Started around 240 back in January. My husband thinks I weigh less than I actually did, so I can't even tell him. So I'm sharing here. Feels possible now, for the first time ever, to actually not be heavy.

Welcome to the community!

Just a friendly reminder of our rules. No discussion of non-approved versions, and absolutely no buying/selling meds here, including via PM. Ignore anyone who offers that.

New? Check out the . Just trying to keep things helpful!

Congrats!! I know it's irrational, but hitting those 'milestone' weights (210, 200, 190, etc) feels SO much better than just any other pound lost. So celebrate it! Keep going strong!

Can't wait to see 190-something... Started at 224, weighed in at 208 this morning. Two weeks in. Watching what I eat and cycling like crazy (110 miles the last three days). Meds are helping, but it's been the mental shift that's been the real key.

Lol - I remember when I FINALLY got under 200 I took a celebratory photo and didn't realize my glass scale was basically a mirror.....

Dude, 110 miles in 3 days is INSANE! That's awesome. Totally agree about the mental shift, though. The meds are just a tool to help us make the changes we need to make.

Congrats to the OP! I'm almost a year in. It's been amazing. For those of you just starting out, be patient and trust the process!

I'm down 20 pounds! Feeling SO much better! Clothes fit better and the food noise is almost gone. Some days I just feel like eating (usually during PMS) but I just let it go and know I will balance out again after those few days.

That's awesome! It's amazing how much 20 pounds makes a difference! Keep up the great work!
