I did a pull-up!

Excuse the language in the clip. I'm down 90 pounds now, and after my 10k run earlier, I believed I would try one pull-up (or whatever this move is) and I actually did it! I'm truly blown away. So grateful for this chance!

Thanks a bunch! @PerkinsHart! I'm in a size 16 now, or XL, and am thrilled about it! I'm not getting any younger!! Mounjaro rocks!!

Congrats! It's been a really long time since I've been able to do a body weight unassisted pullup, and it's on my to-do list.

Can I just say that you look like a person who has never had an issue with extra weight. You look like you've stayed thin, fit, and lean your entire life! Congrats on ALL achievements, but especially on those pull-ups! We ALL understand what a huge accomplishment pulling your own body weight is!

Gives me a lot of hope!!!!
I'm down 65 pounds in the last year. I still need to lose another 100. I'm 62 years old.

That's amazing progress! Keep up the great work. It's inspiring to see people of all ages achieving their goals.

I started the generic version of Mounjaro about 25 days ago. Still on 2.5mg, going to 5mg next week.

As a nurse, I'm on my feet for 8-9 hours a shift. Haven't added any official workouts because of knee and back pain. But, even with just moving around at work, I've dropped about 10 pounds!

It is important to remember that knee and back issues typically get worse without carefully implemented exercise. Even light calisthenics at home can make a big difference. The key is to work with a physical therapist or doctor who can design a safe, effective program.
