I'm in my mid-thirties, about 5 foot 7. I went from around 240 pounds to 155! Clothes went from XL/size 16 to medium/size 6.

I'm just so thankful for this medication. It's really given me a new lease on life and even fixed my messed-up relationship with food.

Thanks for posting in this forum!

Just a friendly reminder about the rules here. We don't allow any talk about semaglutide that isn't FDA approved. Also, please don't try to buy or sell meds, even in private messages. If someone sends you a private message offering to sell something, please ignore it - we don't endorse them.

If you're just getting started, you might want to check out the FAQ. It's not meant to stop discussions; it just adds to them.

Congrats! You look great. I'm always blown away by how many sizes people drop. I'm 5'6" and started at 178 lbs, now I'm 149 (hourglass). I went from a size 14 to a 10. My measurements haven't changed a ton, either (from 42-36-40 to 39-33-37.5). My mom always had the same thing, it's just wild.

I remember being unsure about starting Ozempic, but now I'm so glad I did. I used to have really bad eating habits, like starving myself when stressed. Now, I eat more regularly. The fear of nausea actually motivates me to eat!

Been on this for 6 months, down 28 lbs, plateaued for 2 months. Now at 5 mg and the burps are insane — sulfuric ones first few days after the shot, plus diarrhea. Period's lighter too. Is this normal? My doctor says yes but I'm curious if others hit this.
