Thank goodness I made myself take those before pics! Wasn't thrilled at the time, but wow.

Down about 60 pounds in these two shots.

Girl, I SEE the difference! It's so hard for *us* to see it on ourselves. You look amazing already, keep up the awesome work. This isn't a fast journey, but you're crushing it!

You're doing amazing! I wish my progress was this obvious. Body dysmorphia is a huge issue. You honestly look like a totally different person! Way to go!

Awesome job! And yeah, take ALL the pictures! Seeing them in pics makes it more real somehow, huh? Also, cool shirt. :)

I get it. I went shopping for a suit. The salesperson said the jacket was 'smaller than usual'. Three sizes SMALLER than my last suit! In the pictures, you look incredible. Well done!

Seriously, keep looking at the pictures to reinforce your progress. Your brain will start to register the changes. Eventually, the new you will be the norm. Don't get stuck in that trap of never being happy with how you look. You look fantastic. You don't want to end up with body dysmorphia… that’s a mental thing. Amazing progress in just six and a half months. Congrats!

You look great! I know what you mean, though! I'm at my target weight (down 65 lbs) and I STILL sometimes don't see the difference, lol. Your brain will catch up to the new you!

It's wild how you can lose so much and still not fully realize it. I'm 20 months in and down almost 90 pounds. Went from a size 22 to a 12. Sometimes I still have trouble believing it's really me!

I've heard that measurements are key too! Besides pics, taking measurements once per month can really show how much smaller you're getting.
