I feel like a new person!

My skin looks healthier, and I'm blown away. Four weeks on 0.25, and the pounds are just dropping. I can't use a regular scale due to a bad back, but I'm seeing big changes in my appearance. I'm eating MUCH less, quit nicotine, stopped drinking soda, and cut out sugary stuff... it feels like a switch flipped in my brain! And all this with hardly any bad side effects.

Book an appointment with a dermatologist and get those skin tags checked out.

Take good care of yourself; you're worth it.

You look great! Your skin looks brighter! I also quit smoking cigarettes, but I'm still vaping, which I know isn't ideal, but I'll stop that eventually.

Only a few weeks???!!! That is truly amazing 🤩🦚🥳 Please keep sharing updates. I'm so excited for you!!!!

I'm finding that I crave sweets now, which is weird because I used to be a salty-snack person. Anyone else dealing with this?

Sweet cravings can sometimes mean you're dehydrated. Try drinking more water before reaching for the ice cream. Also, maybe get your minerals checked?

I'm only finishing up week one, but I'm already noticing stuff! My appetite is still there, but chill. The constant food-noise in my head has disappeared. And I eat less without even trying. It's like I'm more in control, but not restricted at all.

That's great to hear you're having such a positive initial experience. The reduction in food noise is a common early benefit. Keep monitoring your progress and stay hydrated.
