I'M THERE!!! Reached my goal! Started Jan 2023 trying to be healthier. I was 283 and now I'm 129, aiming for 130. Down 154 pounds! It took forever but so worth it! Feeling better than ever. Keep going everyone! You can do this!! Stay positive, be patient, and trust what's happening. You'll get there! 😊🫶🫶😊

Awesome job!! So inspiring. I like the slower losses. The 'lose a ton fast' stuff is discouraging. Yours seems more realistic. Been at this a year and a half and still have a ways to go, but getting there slowly. Started just a bit above you. Hope keeping it off goes well! Staying on the meds?

Amazing, congratulations. I began in January of 2025 and I'm only about ten pounds shy of where I want to be.

Congrats! That's my plan. Started at 292, now around 248. Started back in May, shocked at how much I've already lost. I'm 5'0, so I'm trying to get to 130 or less, considering how short I am.

Congratulations!! You must feel incredible. Any tips you want to share? I'm starting on the meds this week.

Congratulations! Such an amazing journey! It's so wild -- I saw your post this morning and the scale said *I* was 129! Haven't seen that since freshman year! Your positive post was exactly what I needed today! Hope your journey keeps going well. 🫶

Congratulations!!!!!
I love slow losses and tbh... they look better!
It's a journey, not an all-out sprint. So many don't get that.
You are an inspiration and great job!🎉🎉🎉🏆🏆🏆

My doc doesn't want me under 144. I'm 65, 5'7". I weighed 142 at my last appointment. I wore heavy clothes and thick shoes to get 147 haha

Sure! #1 tip: be patient! It's not a race. #2: Listen to your body. Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full. #3: Celebrate every win, big or small!

I'm at the one-year mark on these meds and it has been a WILD ride. Lost about 60 pounds - still a few to go to reach a 'healthy' BMI. Anyone else notice weird side effects?

I had so much nausea on one of the meds. Switched to another and it's much better. Also, my ADHD has been way better! Haven't needed my meds in a while.

I'm impressed. Has anyone else noticed differences in their wardrobes? I had to buy a whole new set of clothes in the summer. Now I am finding my winter clothes are too big too!!
