I started on injectable meds around January and I dropped maybe 25 pounds or so. I didn't even realize how much I'd changed until I saw some old pictures of myself! I haven't been under 200 pounds in at least a couple of years. Feeling proud of my progress!

I remember when I looked at my old progress pics from when I started – I was shocked! I had no clue my stomach was that big back then. Even though I was fitting into smaller clothes, I didn't realize how much my shape had changed until I saw the pictures!

I'm hoping to eventually lose about 15 to 20 more pounds, I think that would be awesome. Then I'll be at the weight I want to be at!

Awesome news! Aside from the injections, did you change your lifestyle at all? Like diet or any workouts?
Great question! It's important to remember that these meds are most effective when combined with dietary adjustments and physical activity. Small changes can make a big difference!

There's no understating the positive effects on overall health that come along with the weight loss! I think it's awesome what these medications can do for people managing their type 2 diabetes.
