I regained my life on Wegovy

Hey everyone! I started out at 550, and now I'm 190. I'm 5'10" and have been using Wegovy for about 3 years now. I was pretty much stuck in bed and didn't know what else to do. I'm so thankful for my amazing doctors, and this medication has completely turned my life around. I've met my goals of really living again and getting a second chance. It's been a total lifestyle change, and I'm proof that you can do it if you just keep trying! Ask me anything! I even have a picture I can share of me in pants that I used to fit both legs into one pant leg. Went from size 78 to 34 and 8x to XL tops.

SlimInSeattle Yes, I started to incorporate walking and light workouts after losing the first 100 or so pounds. It really helped a lot!

I just did my first shot a couple of days ago! I'm trying to be very careful with what I eat. Mostly chicken and veggies. I'm hoping I can avoid feeling sick.
