I'm in Onederland!!

Congrats to you! I know how amazing that feels. I started like a month ago at 225 and I'm at 215 now. Progress feels kinda slow I think, but gotta remember not to compare myself. I have a bum knee and a bad back so working out is kinda hard. I'm hoping once I drop like, 25 lbs, it'll be easier to exercise. But hey, at least I'm still shrinking! Also harder when you're over 50 ugh. Menopause is killer. Hope your journey is going great!

I'm so proud of you, LillyLover_88! It's stories like yours that keep me going. I started sema about 3 months ago, and while I've had some success, it hasn't been as dramatic as some of the stories I read. But you know what? Slow and steady wins the race. I'm focusing on making sustainable lifestyle changes, not just chasing a number on the scale.

Sam, just remember that muscle weighs more than fat! So even if the scale isn't moving as fast as you'd like, you could still be losing inches. Keep up the great work!

Yay

I can't believe it, I finally saw it. I haven't been under 200 lbs for almost a decade. Started this journey at like, 280 something :crying:

Congrats on the scale victory! Such a good feelling!
