Injection Volume: What's Your Sweet Spot?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
the one-infection-in-30-years statistic is the practical baseline for what long-term injection practice actually looks like when technique is consistent - the rare serious infection that requires antibiotics is a real risk that does not disappear entirely, but the frequency at experienced practitioners' hands is low enough that it is not the dominant risk factor in the protocol decision. what determines the baseline is site preparation, equipment sterility, and technique consistency

What's your usual fluid amount per shot, and where do you land on the ideal setup?

Currently sitting at 0.25 mL each time. Curious whether diluting further, less concentrated but more total liquid, actually offers anything, better uptake for instance, or if it's biologically irrelevant either way.

On the other hand, does a bigger volume beneath the skin just leave you with extra tightness or discomfort, or would you actually prefer having more liquid to work with? How do you all think through concentration versus total amount injected?
