Some folks don't see anything until 7.5mg and up. That's where the real therapeutic range starts. Did you use semaglutide before? If so you might need way higher than 5mg to feel it again.
 
4 years on Ozempic under personal assistance and then Medicare stopping that program is the insurance cliff that catches a lot of long-term users. The month off before starting tirz is a real gap for someone at 385 starting weight. How has the tirz experience compared to the ozempic response across 4 years?
 
My doctor prescribed this and I pick it up monthly through a specialty online pharmacy. Arrives packed in styrofoam alongside a frozen gel pack. Never had a single problem with it. Definitely pricey though.
 
Genuinely fascinating. Have enough medication left in my current pen to last through July 1st. Planning to call both my pharmacy manager and the government insurance line tomorrow.
