Is compounded Tirz weaker? Thoughts?

So, my doc shifted me from 7.5mg Zepbound to 10mg of compounded tirzepatide from a local pharmacy. But honestly? I don't feel a thing. Zero appetite changes, no side effects. Anyone got ideas why? Think bumping it to 15mg might help?

Compounding can be hit or miss sometimes. That's why the DIY crowd are so crazy about testing, gotta know what you're actually getting. I'd try sticking it out, or maybe add an extra 10% to your dose and see what happens.

I'm all about making informed decisions when it comes to peptides. I've been working on a spreadsheet comparing prices and quality of peptide suppliers in the US. It's a work in progress, so suggestions are welcome!

Update: the compound tirz side effects finally kicked in... but not until like, 48 hours AFTER the shot. Zepbound hits me around 12 hours later.

I'd suggest checking out some recent news articles about that pharmacy. I'm using compounded too, and my script got switched to a different pharmacy because of some problems.

There aren't any recent news articles. The 'issue' is a telehealth company bought their own compounding pharmacy and are being shady about why they're switching customers. It's all about the money.

Oh, really? Didn't know that. Someone in one of my groups shared some info, sorry for the misinformation! They told me it was because of "recent regulatory actions taken" against the pharmacy.

Yeah, there's been some chatter about it. The 'regulatory action' was from way back in 2022, during a facility move. The telehealth company conveniently leaves out that they started switching to their own pharmacy months ago. Just a way to cover up the real reason...

I knew about the switch to the telehealth company's pharmacy and suspected they owned it. It's pretty low to treat the original pharmacy like that after they handled so many orders.

That's pretty bad of the telehealth company. If there were actual regulatory actions, they'd probably specify what they were and who issued them.

The owner posted a long message last night explaining the split. I just want to get away from all that drama and focus on doing my own thing, haha.
