Is it the specs making me chubby?

Fantastic work! It's about confidence and living life to the fullest, being happy and being the best *you*, not someone else! I tell my daughter to run her own race. I have ten pounds to go, and muscle loss has been a problem for me too.

Okay, you two... you're right – I AM hairier!

Happy now?

I asked my wife about it, and she said, "Of course! I told you months ago, but you didn't believe me."

Two things: a) I had a couple of heart procedures that required shaving my chest, which might've stimulated hair growth, and b) since starting GLP-1s, my testosterone levels have risen nearly 200 points 🤷‍♂️

I wanted TRT to help rebuild muscle, but my doctor said my levels are already at 765, so there's not much room to work with and it could cause issues. He suggested HGH, which is on its way now.

So, you were right, and I was wrong. Sorry!

...and anyway, I'm just messing around.

You've also gotten a lot slimmer, so the hair follicles are closer together because your skin isn't as stretched. You also mentioned your T levels are in a normal range for a guy in his 20s or 30s, so increased hair is expected. 😀

I think it is more than lighting. Your testosterone levels obviously increased! You can see it, no blood test needed.
Anyways, congrats! Great work!

I used to think I had a decent vocabulary... now I feel like I am back in middle school having to study for the "Mix-Good word of the day" vocabulary test! 😍

I'm glad to see people having positive experiences with these meds. A doctor I work with, who I hadn't seen for a while, commented on my weight loss and asked if I was on it. When I said yes, she was very supportive.

It's important to remember that these medications are a tool, not a magic bullet. I've seen people lose 40 pounds in four months, and I'm only losing around 6 pounds a month, which can be discouraging. But even slow progress is still progress!
