I'm a little scared about coming off it eventually... I've heard some people gain back the weight. I'm trying to focus on building good habits now, so hopefully that will help.

I know someone who went from 190 to 160, stopped the shots, and gained back about half that in a few months. He went back on it, lol. The appetite control is a big deal.
