It's finally clicked!

I'm celebrating hitting the 100-pound milestone this year. And while GLP-1s played a role, it wasn't your run-of-the-mill experience.

Instead of signing up for a one-size-fits-all subscription, I found a clinic that created a plan tailored to me - personalized dose, lab work, and supportive therapies targeting gut health and muscle mass.

The difference was striking.

Minimal nausea, no constant hunger pangs, and I've managed to maintain my energy and muscle. It's as if my body is finally cooperating, not fighting me every step of the way.

Sharing this in case anyone else is feeling stuck or finding the usual approaches ineffective.

Outstanding work. I'm on a similar path, though not quite at your level. It might sound odd, but I believe my T2 diagnosis might have added healthy years to my life. I feel much better now than I have in years!

I just bought a pair of size 16 pants! My previous ones were size 22. They're a bit snug when I sit, but I'm confident they'll fit perfectly soon. The 18s fit in the waist but were too big in the thighs. Such a confidence boost!

Congrats to everyone hitting their goals! What's next for you all? I'm almost at my goal weight, and I'm wondering what I'll focus on after that. I've always been so focused on the scale!

went from general advice to TMI real fast lol. wasn't expecting the muscle soreness next morning so i dug into it. turns out it's a known but rare side effect—one source called it 'flu-like aches' which is exactly what i had. all cleared up after a couple hours though.

Good results mixing ozempic 1mg weekly with proper diet, high protein and creatine, regular cardio. Down from 245 to 208 since october, barely any muscle loss. Greasy food hits fast though and edible thc is intense.
