Jammies then vs now! 🤩

Hong Kong Yanpep International
250mcg of each then doubling is a reasonable CJC/Ipa approach. Adding GHK-CU alongside compounds with the GH pulse effectively. 2.5-3mg is the upper range for daily injection.

Got into my 40s and realized stretching matters way more now. Three times a week I do muay thai - lots of bodyweight stuff and cardio work that hurts in the best way.

That feeling when everything clicks and progress starts happening on its own is real. 87 weeks and 133 lbs - that is the work.

week 6 and second 5mg jab coming up is the window where most people start noticing real shifts in how they think about food rather than just the scale. 3kg down so far is solid for that early stage. the OP's year of progress and holding at 2.4mg is the long view that shows where patience with the process lands.

Similar age, height, weight, and lifestyle as a starting point is the most useful comparison to follow - generic averages don't tell you much but someone close to your profile does. The OP at a year in on 2.4mg holding until ready is a different pace than the people pushing dose quickly and it's working. How many months in are you at this point?

7.5 for over a year and nearly at goal is the long game paying off. finding the dose that works and staying with it rather than chasing a ceiling makes a lot of sense when the progress is still there.

Be patient. I'm 64 and started MJ back in April 2025 weighing 182 lbs. Currently sitting at 147 lbs. No, definitely not as dramatic a drop as some others report, but the inches definitely came off. Went from an XL-1X down to a medium. Hoping to eventually reach 140, though the scale's stayed frozen for months, so my provider bumped me up to 15 mg last week. Honestly fine even if that final number never happens, it's just digits. I feel strong, healthy, and my labs look outstanding across the board. Walking two miles daily and eating clean. Not comparing my path to anyone else's, we're all built differently.

Keep pushing. You'll get there.

Was originally leaning toward the bigger option, then switched over to the smaller one. My advice honestly, just make sure to grab at least one, because doing this properly involves testing costs that add up fast, easily equivalent to several kits worth of budget on testing alone.

If the weekly amount is likely to stay above a couple milligrams, bigger vials make more sense. Below that, smaller ones seem better. That's basically the logic used here, since deciding felt genuinely tough. Just try projecting the likely dose trajectory over the coming years, then based on personal risk comfort, set a mental shelf life for each vial somewhere between two and four months. Four months is the usual standard, but a more conservative two months gets used for planning purposes instead. Better to have it sitting unused than to be caught short later.

Hope that tracks.

Huge congrats! That's a massive milestone!

How long have you been on the second compound? And what's your day-to-day routine look like? Literally just did my second injection myself, so excited!
