It's been a month and a half! I've dropped 23, maybe 24 pounds. This is a total game changer. I'm planning to stay at the lowest dose, .5, because I'm paying for this myself.

Awesome progress! I’m wondering, since you're seeing such amazing results, what made you go up to 0.5mg? Why not just stay at the initial 0.25mg?

Congrats! I'm hoping to get close to that. I'm 3 weeks in. Lost a bunch at first, but it's kind of slowed down. Still, losing 12 pounds in less than a month was probably too much too fast for me. I want to lose around a pound each week to get down to 180. I started at 222, and this morning I’m 210. You look fantastic!

I stayed on .25 for 4 weeks, but I wasn't really feeling much appetite suppression by the end of the month. I'm hoping .5 works for longer!

It's so motivational seeing everyone's success! I've lost about 55 pounds (almost 4 stone as the UK peeps say lol). It really does feel like a second life, doesn't it?

Don't get discouraged by the stall, MDW-to-ATL. Plateaus are part of the process. Just stick with it, adjust your diet and exercise if needed, and you'll start seeing progress again. Consistency is key!
