Jeans Size Down, Woot!

Major win today! I took the plunge and grabbed a smaller size in jeans while shopping. I was so nervous they wouldn't fit when I got home, but they do! I'm now a UK size 14, down from a 16, and an 18 at my heaviest. Super proud of myself!

How much weight have you lost so far? Congrats! I just started on Zepbound myself.

For me, the weight loss wasn't super dramatic at first. I really saw results after several weeks, once I got to a higher dose. Don't be discouraged if it's not 'instant'!

I've seen quite a few patients on semaglutide experience significant posture improvements as they lose weight. It's likely due to less strain on the back. Congrats on the size down Wes_2002, and keep up the fantastic work!
