Just started Reta - questions and initial thoughts

Hey everyone! I just started Reta yesterday with a 1 mg dose from my 30 mg vial. It's hard to say if it was just in my head, but I really wasn't hungry at all afterwards, only eating about 3 eggs when I'd normally want way more. Maybe it worked super quick? Today I'm eating a bit more, but still feeling good. What are your experiences?

Also, I'm wondering about storage. I've got it in my regular fridge right now, and the vial is pretty cold. Is that okay for the compound? I'm thinking about getting a small fridge just for this. Are your vials super cold too?

Finally, has anyone switched over from Reta to Tirz? I'm thinking about it as a backup if the side effects get bad, but so far so good. Thanks!

I've been on sema for a while and thinking about switching to tirzepatide. I initially dropped about 55 pounds, but I've put back on around 8 while still using it. I think I've hit a plateau. Has anyone else experienced a stall on sema, and made the jump to tirz? What dosage did you switch to?

From a medical perspective, remember that everyone responds differently to these medications. Plateaus are common, and it's essential to review your overall health strategy, including diet and exercise, before switching medications. Consider consulting with your doctor to discuss your individual needs and potential risks.

I've heard of that happening! It's like your body gets used to it or something. Good luck!

Thanks, @Claudia_Way. Yeah, I'm already tracking calories and hitting protein goals. Weight training 3x a week too. Just feels like the sema isn't working like it used to.

Eat about the same portions mostly but way stricter and cleaner. Not huge on restaurants anyway, started heavy meal prep for dinner. This week we're making chicken enchilada bowls with homemade black beans, rice, sauce, salsa, corn, chicken, peppers and onions - make two for two dinners covered.

People treat you completely different once your body changes. Same person, same brain, new body and suddenly everyone listens more. You only see it after living both ways and it's impossible to unsee.

I switched to another tracker recently that is totally free with almost the same stuff plus extras. Started as just a site and now has an app that is way easier. Team is real responsive, say more features coming, so probably a paywall eventually.

Harbor's track record on Reta is consistent - quick turnaround and responsive support are the two things people flag. First-dose suppression at 1mg being that immediate is the stronger response end.

2,760mg in the freezer is a serious stockpile. The R60 versus R30 question comes down to reconstitution frequency preference.
