Curious about something. Plenty of channels and dietitians or doctors online insist the only real way to treat or reverse metabolic syndrome and prediabetes is going low carb, full stop. Thoughts on that stance now that GLP medications exist, especially given plenty of people, regardless of effort, simply can't sustain that kind of dietary shift long term? Is the low carb requirement still necessary alongside these medications? Haven't seen this really addressed anywhere yet, curious what people think.
