KLO-W and Lipoc : experiences?

I'm really interested to hear about everyone's experience with these. What's your routine look like when you are taking either KLO-W and/or Lipo-C?

What dosage did you begin with? How many times per week?
Did you increase either the dose or the frequency over time? When did you make those adjustments?
What results have you seen?

They aren't even in the same ballpark. Lipo-c is mild, like taking extra vitamins. KLO-W is a whole different animal, much stronger.

I'm not trying to directly compare them. I use both, but on different days. I'm just curious about what other routines people are using. How often do you dose?

I've been doing Lipo-c three times each week. I can't say that I am bursting with energy, but I no longer feel like I'm going to pass out at my desk. I haven't tried KLOW, but I do use GHK-Cu by itself. It's great for hair! I didn't lose any hair, but I started GHK-Cu and my hair is fuller than before I started GLP-1s.

Anyone have experience with PT-141? I got a vial, but I'm nervous from reading about the nausea. I was thinking about starting super small, like 1mg, and working up slowly.

It depends how you mix it. If you reconstitute a 10mg vial with 1ml of water, then 10 units on an insulin syringe equals 1mg. So 3 units would be 0.3mg. Start low! Less than 500mcg to see how you react.

intranasal has higher bioavailability, skips the liver so it works faster and you need less. also hits your brain more directly. effects should be quicker. and yeah subq not im, almost nobody does im.

on the med since october, down about 25 lbs and feeling pretty solid about it. family got hit with norovirus and I skipped a dose week - thought dropping from 1.2 to 0.7 would smooth it out. huge mistake. the sickness that hit me was insane, stomach pain like nothing before, can't stop throwing up, the whole deal. never had side effects like this in 14 months. wish I'd dropped even lower.

I've been on 0.25mg for weeks and the total numbness is crushing. No joy in anything. Like a switch flipped. All I want is to lay down and check out. Forcing work and parenting but nothing else. I was upbeat before and I can't do this anymore. Planning to stop. Sucks because the weight loss works. Anyone else feeling this way?

Your a1c jump (7.8 to 5.1 in 5 months) is really solid, plus 19lbs is solid progress. What you're describing at 10mg is common—appetite suppression gets so strong eating feels like nothing. You shouldn't dread meals. Talk to your doctor about dropping back to 7.5mg.
