KLOW 80mg: 5 On 2 Off - Bro Science?

Placebos can work even if you know they're placebos.

Calling something the 'Wolverine Stack' helps maximize the placebo effect.

The placebo effect might be part of why people think KLOW works. But it does have biological effects, even if we don't understand them.

I don't think Anela knows what she's talking about. Anyone can make a peptide blend and promote it online. I also don't agree with the 5 on 2 off schedule. How would 2 days off reverse 5 days worth of gains? And what about all the other active ingredients in GLOW/KLOW?

This peptide stuff is a hobby at best. People treat anecdotal evidence as gospel. It's all just opinions from random people online.

Anela doesn't claim to be an expert. She's just sharing her experience from 'following hundreds of research subjects'. It's not medical advice. She's just been around for a while and has opinions.

She says it takes 6 weeks of daily GHKCu to see the full benefits. BPC-157 was added to lessen the ISRs from GHKCu. TB500 and KPV were added by others for GLOW and KLOW.

I agree that most of this is anecdotal since there are no human trials. Even rat studies don't guarantee success in humans.

I shared Anela's opinion to explain why medspas push the 5-day cycle. They aren't open daily, so they won't tell you to take it every day. She also recommends zinc supplements when taking GHKCu daily and warns about BPC-157 and TB500 potentially accelerating cancer cell growth. Again, it's just her opinion based on experience, not clinical trials.

If placebo works just as well, then sign me up! I'll take it over something with side effects. As long as it doesn't cost way more, who cares?

I saw someone on Reddit asking about whether to move up to 5mg after four shots of 2.5mg. They said they were fasting and eating less than 2000 calories a day. Not sure what to suggest, but it's interesting how different people's experiences are.

What did their doctor say, though? You really need to talk with your doctor about dosage changes.

Exactly. This isn't something you should just guess at. Dosing changes have to be reviewed by your provider.

There was another poster who said they stayed at 2.5mg for nine weeks and then moved to 5mg, and they plan to taper off soon because they are almost at their goal. I think its important to listen to your body and watch the scale.

MT1 benefits are interesting. K2 and natto are solid additions - both work on similar pathways in different ways. Trying MT1 again soon?

Seen some vendors pop up lately (fb esp) that look decently priced, but i'm still in the no-source zone here and don't wanna cross that line. Appreciate this community too much for that.

The bro science call is accurate. That 5/2 pattern is borrowed framing from elsewhere and doesn't map to any KLOW mechanism. No evidence supports intermittent over continuous here.
