Last Mounjaro dose 🥲 Switching meds?

That sounds rough. Last one he was shaky but could get around. This time mobility was gone. Put him on his bed comfy and gave pain meds. Dozed about an hour, woke to check on me then settled again. Sixteen years together - lucky run, but not ready for this.

Prefer you had better news, but the head tilt and gait don't fit. The vet found a heart rhythm issue, EKG showed irregular beats and a dilated ventricle. Three cardiac meds started that day. Docs said his time is limited. Wish there was a cure but don't think one exists.

You might want to hold at 2mg for the full week to see if hunger settles down. Sometimes it takes a few days for your appetite to recalibrate after each step up.

11 months on Sema, 2 plateaued. Maxed out at 2.4mg for 4 months now, stuck. Switching to Tirzepatide. Doctor says I need a new approach. Curious what others found switching over — 326 start, 245 now, 200 is the goal.

Hit a plateau on Ozempic since November. Endocrinologist says it's normal after a few months. She's switching me to Mounjaro in June to kick things going again. Just keep talking to your doc about it.
