Lazy Dinner Ideas? Help!

That's a good point

It's important to remember that while these meds are helpful for weight loss, they aren't magic. One person on Reddit said they lost about 220 pounds in a year by combining the medicine with a low-sugar, low-carb diet (under 25 carbs a day) and exercise. It's a commitment!
It's tempting to think the medication will do all the work, but diet and exercise are still important. I'm trying to focus on protein right now since my appetite is suppressed.

I agree with FastingGains, keeping up the protein is key. I've been finding it hard to eat enough some days, so I've started supplementing with protein shakes. Not the most exciting dinner, but it gets the job done.

I tried eating a bigger than normal meal the other day and felt awful. It seems like smaller portions more frequently is the way to go on this med. Anyone else experience this?

Oh yeah, overeating is no fun. Slowed digestion is real. Walking after eating usually helps me a bit.
