Leg crossing is back, baby!

Contact homeless or women's shelter. Most take clothes any shape. While losing I bought stretchy waist so could wear longer. Oversized sweaters at first then looser then baggy. Wore that combo daily for months. Now wearing fitted clothes. Keeping some stretch jeans just in case even though not planning to gain back.
 
stacking those two has a real bad histamine reaction. anaphylaxis is super unlikely but you get the reaction, freak out, and then a panic attack on top. always start micro, lay down, chill. keep an EpiPen handy.
 
Those small mobility milestones are real markers. The body doesn't let you forget what it used to be able to do - getting it back hits differently than new achievements.
