Let's get active, folks!

I just invested in a basic treadmill with incline. Now I need to actually use it! How much time should I spend on it daily, or how many miles should I aim for? Any advice?

To @Nicky_2002, I'd say start small and build up. Even 15-20 minutes a day is better than nothing. Listen to your body and don't overdo it at first. You can always increase the time/intensity as you get more comfortable.

I have a friend who's been on Mounjaro since November '25 and is down almost 30 lbs. She's focusing on healthier eating habits, like cooking at home more and reading nutrition labels. But she's struggling with exercise. I told her, find something you enjoy! For me, it's walking my dogs. Even small amounts of activity add up.

I saw someone on another forum mention using fitness games on the Nintendo Switch. Ring Fit Adventure or Fitness Boxing, maybe? It's not strength training, but it gets you moving and can be motivating. Just a thought for anyone struggling to start!

I've been on Ozempic for 8 months and lost a hundred pounds! What's been key is working out 5 days a week. The medication is a tool, but you have to put in the work too!

That was me too, for a while. It's a journey!

I can sense how happy you are in that message. Outstanding work keeping your muscle. Don't let your backside get flat. Mine shrunk and plane rides are miserable now.

can you tell me the cycle and dose you're doing with cartalax? about to order some and looking for where to start dose-wise based on what people are doing.

The mental side of the journey gets glossed over in most before-and-afters. Self-loathing that predates the weight does not automatically resolve with the physical change - it usually needs its own direct work alongside. Recognizing both as real is the starting point.

Cancer cells eat whatever they can get. Should you add this if you have cancer or cancer history? No. But your food covers these amino acids anyway. If you're healthy there's no real problem.

5 weeks in and just under 100kg is a real milestone. The double-digit side is a mental threshold that changes how you think about the whole thing. Once you cross it the math feels different.
