Don't think this makes anyone an outlier, personally mostly just deal with fatigue and occasional mild constipation. Never once thrown up from this medication.

Honestly suspect a portion, though certainly not most or everyone, of people reporting severe gastric issues are working with telehealth setups that offer minimal guidance, leading to dosing mistakes or just eating things that don't sit well on this medication.

Outside of constipation, genuinely no negative side effects showed up here. Feels like the rough stories always get the spotlight, but plenty of people go through this without much drama at all.
