Life changing! Down 6 stone!

If only I could convince my mom. Fear's holding her back but this could transform her life. Dealt with hot flashes for fifteen years.

Exactly. Worth making a hashtag for. I keep quiet about mine mostly. Only share if someone really pushes and I think they're genuinely interested in changing.

That's really common after dropping 90 lbs. Body slows down and adapts at some point. Doesn't mean it stopped working, just a slower phase or plateau for a bit. A lot of people sit stuck for weeks or months before it moves. Usually small adjustments or just staying consistent. Keeping 90 lbs off is already a huge win.

from a pharmacology angle, that logic doesn't line up with how receptor regulation works. people usually take breaks to let receptors reset and skip the tolerance thing - sometimes eight weeks off, then restart at even a lower dose. otherwise you max out and stop responding.

switched from trulicity to mounjaro at 2.5, bumped up monthly — now on week 2 of 7.5 and miserable. 46f, 260 lbs. first week puked 13 hours after the shot, better by day 3. this week still nauseous, added diarrhea and my second period this month (heavier). forcing down crackers and ginger ale. new doc wants me ramping every month.

Six days on mt2 at low doses. A week later, moles on my face got way darker and really visible (nose especially). Healing acne scars darkened too. Didn't expect that. Stopped immediately. Anyone know if this fades or if it's permanent?
