Maintenance week 16

Okay everyone, wanted to share this photo in a sport bikini today, mainly to give an honest look at what losing 30kg actually looks like for a woman further along in age with reasonably decent, though not flawless, skin elasticity. None of this comes from a negative place, genuinely thrilled overall with how things turned out. This whole journey gave life back in a real way, and both maintenance and the slow titration down have gone smoother than expected. Not effortless, but there's a trip happening right now that's just being enjoyed without overanalyzing every detail. Wanted this out there mostly as some grounded, positive honesty about the other side of this whole process. Stick with it, it genuinely pays off.

Ha, the boobs, mine are shocking :O. I've totally lost my curvy backside :D. My sagging inner thighs plus upper arms dragged my mood for a while. I printed a photo showing my heaviest self next to the smallest and stuck it on the fridge. The difference is night and day. Factoring in my age, I see now it's not too bad, it could have been far worse. We rock!
