Fair warning, I'm about to climb on a soapbox here for a second.
Nobody wants sourcing outside normal channels as a first choice, but realistically, what other option exists? This medication class mostly isn't covered by insurance unless diabetes is already diagnosed. So many of us here are just trying to head that off before it turns into an actual diagnosis. Most people simply can't swing fifteen hundred plus monthly out of pocket. So genuinely, what alternative do people expect us to take? Really don't love finding myself in this position, especially since I work in healthcare, carry coverage, and fully grasp the risk involved. Even so, staying overweight long term probably carries more risk than sourcing outside the usual channels.
