Losing weight but no one notices?

Is this happening to anyone else? I've shed about 35 pounds, but I'm not seeing a big change. And it doesn't look like people around me are either! It's a little disheartening to be honest.

I can totally see a diff! Ur tummy looks way smaller, and the jeans fit a lot better around your legs. You mightn't notice yourself, but it's super clear to me 🥰 good job!!!

I see a change. Your stomach area looks smaller, and so do your thighs. You might also have lost some around your lower legs that you aren’t seeing. Your ankles/feet might be thinner.

Definitely a difference! You're wearing the clothes now, not the other way around. As a fellow tall woman, dropping 35 is a great accomplishment. It took a similar loss before people started asking if I was losing weight.

Tall girl represent! 🙋🏼‍♀️ It took me a while to really see a change, but you can totally tell you've dropped weight! Like people have said, your clothes fit much better, and your upper body seems slimmer too. Stand tall and feel confident! You're killing it!

I'm 5'8, went from 350 in April to 310 today. Don't see or feel any different! My clothes all fit the same. It's annoying, but we have to keep pushing! 🫡

It's normal that we can't always see the changes in ourselves. Check how the side of your waist now fits in the jeans. Your top also fits better. And look closely at the zipper area - your stomach looks flatter.

Isn’t it funny how we can’t see it ourselves but others are like “holy smokes, how much have you lost?”

Less extra padding around the waist, boobs a bit smaller, saddlebags gone, arms looking more defined.

Don’t think this is mean, you look fine before, but changes are happening!!!

40 pounds is a HUGE loss! Trust the process, take measurements, and keep an eye on your labs. The scale is only one piece of the puzzle.

Saw one dude who lost like 200+ lbs! Said it was from a mix of the meds, walking, and counting calories. Pretty inspiring!
