How great would quick results be! They're not. It takes time, so patience. Week one, the effect hit within hours of the shot, but a few days later it had vanished entirely. Ten weeks in, my dose is 0.5 Wegovy and I definitely feel it quieting food noise. I got priced out and changed providers, and Tirz starts for me soon. I know it'll feel like restarting, but I chose it. What helps is tracking calories and making sure protein and fiber targets get met, with the Bitepal app, the one with the little raccoon. Good luck!

Similar for me. On wegovy since May 23 and lost 80lbs. All was well until 2.4, which made me sick and unable to eat, so a few months later I dropped to 1.7, fine for a while. Eighteen months on I'm close to 20lbs up. This week I returned to 2.4, hoping to lose again.
