Lost 70lbs in a Year - Woohoo!

I'm interested to know the timeline of your weight loss. Over how many months did it happen?
Yeah, I am also curious to know if you did any strength training? I've lost a fair bit of weight myself and I am now concentrating on adding lean muscle.

Fantastic, @Shannon_98! I lost about 50lbs myself using Mounjaro. It's such a gift to enter the new year feeling healthy and slim!

I'm really close to hitting a healthy BMI and getting out of the overweight zone. It's been a long journey since last summer with a small break for surgery, but I'm almost there! Just a few more pounds to go before moving away from Mounjaro. Such an achievement!

That's a great point. Significant weight loss can sometimes lead to a loss of muscle mass, so incorporating strength training is often recommended to maintain or rebuild muscle.

Lost hundreds over decades and always regained. This time down 70 with a year at goal. Used to be either losing or gaining but this is different - stable. Wish it happened sooner but grateful.

15 weeks in, 67 years old. saw a heavier body four days ago and knew it was a mind game. four days later it was back to normal. frequent photos and weighing mess with my head so this round i'm doing no pictures, just weighing and measuring every 5 weeks. the long goal, not the short wins. inch loss every 5 weeks is wild.

Similar loss for me. Only 4 lbs on low doses. Didn't drop weight until I hit the highest dose, then suddenly 17 lbs in 5 weeks. Would've lost more with stricter diet and exercise. Everyone's body is different so it's about what you can tolerate. No side effects for me at any dose, so if you can deal with yours, don't give up.
