Lost 90lbs... but feeling down

That's amazing progress! Start looking into plastic surgeons who specialize in excess skin removal. Also, begin incorporating strength training to build muscle. Getting consultations early helps you plan.

That is a great job! Your stomach might be the last place where fat melts off. Just keep up the good work!

That's fantastic! Keep at it. Think about how great you'll feel and look if you keep going! Weight loss is for health AND looks! Maybe find some inspiring before/after accounts to stay focused. There are tons on Insta!

Hit the gym and do some weighted carries. Pick up some heavy dumbbells and walk around with them, then walk without them. You'll appreciate what your body is doing for you.

I feel the same way sometimes, and it's all about changing your perspective.

You're doing great! Keep up the good work. You'll feel better when you reach your goal weight. If you're still not happy, consider skin removal. You can do this!

Before and after pics are amazing, especially side profiles! But we're our own worst critics. With drastic weight loss, you'll have loose skin - it's a fact.

While losing weight, try compression garments. Even light ones make me feel better. If you want to feel sexy, try pretty lingerie.

Collagen supplements may help with skin elasticity. I add a scoop to my coffee daily.

Finally, talk to a surgeon about skin removal costs for when you hit your goal. Save up now! Only do it if it makes YOU feel better. Others will think you look great.

Keep it up! 90 lbs is awesome! Get into weightlifting to strengthen your body. It's a great feeling! Maybe find a good therapist. Weight loss isn't a magic cure – it won't automatically make you love yourself. That has to be learned.

Focus on how you feel not how you look. You will get there! I'm down 127lbs with 100 more to go. It's harder now because I feel so great, but I still see "the fat girl" in the mirror. I'm focused on the end game (surgery) and that I can finally MOVE!

I saw a post where someone dropped about 60 pounds since spring. They mentioned not taking enough pictures, so it was hard to notice the difference -- but they FELT it. That's key! Focus on feeling better, MedSet762.
