Lost 95 lbs on this stuff!

That's amazing progress! Thanks for sharing such a positive story. I've been on it for a few weeks now, and the scale isn't moving like it used to. I had rapid loss at first, but now it's slowing down big time. I guess I need to think of this as a long journey instead of a quick fix.

Great work! I've managed to lose around 120, but it's definitely a combination of things, not just the medication. Pairing it with a pretty hardcore eating plan makes a huge difference, I think. We've cut out all sugar and high-glycemic foods like white bread, regular pasta, and white potatoes. Instead, we use things like quinoa pasta, quinoa, and sweet potatoes. It was tough at first, but it's worth it. I'm on a low dose for diabetes management. I can't handle Metformin because of stomach issues.

It's so encouraging to read about everyone's successes! But my experience with Ozempic was awful. I was on it for about 2 and a half months, and it made me incredibly ill. I was weak, tired, had terrible stomach pains, constipation, and zero appetite. I had to force myself to eat, and I was constantly nauseous. And the body odor was so bad I was embarrassed to be around anyone. I've been off it for two weeks now, and I already feel so much better! The only thing that won't go away is the BO. I lost 15 pounds, but it felt more like starvation than healthy weight loss.

Ugh, I don't know how much longer I can deal with the burping, heartburn, nausea, indigestion, and the feeling like my food is stuck in my chest. I'm miserable and only on a tiny dose of 0.5 mg. I've tried so many meds, and nothing helps. I've lost about 20 pounds, but I'm taking it for diabetes. If it wasn't for the GERD symptoms, I'd be fine.

I still can't eat much protein on this stuff. Anyone else?
Yes! It's like my stomach is permanently smaller. I'm trying to focus on smaller portions and making sure they are nutrient-dense, but it's a struggle some days. I aim for protein, healthy fats, and veggies at every meal.

I agree with Pops. It's definitely not just the drug, it is a lifestyle change. I'm eating better than ever, and I've also started doing yoga on my days off. It's all about finding what works for you!

Wow, some awesome stories here! I'm aiming for a weight loss of about 40 pounds, so this is very encouraging to see. I just started last week, and I've already dropped about 5 pounds. Hoping the side effects stay away!
