I've been on this journey since last year. It's been slow, but steady. Don't get discouraged if the scale isn't moving as fast as you'd like. Time is key! Keep going!

Thanks for saying that! I'm only seeing like half a pound of loss per week sometimes, and it's a little discouraging.
 
That's a fantastic result. I started around 250lbs myself a few months ago and I'm already down to around 215. My initial goal was 200, but now I'm thinking I might try for 160-170 – that's what I weighed back in college!
