Hey all! I'm back with some good news. As you know, I started this journey back in February. I posted earlier about how much better my trip to Europe was because I had way more energy than before. I was a little worried I'd put some weight back on with all the pasta and gelato, but I saw my doctor last week and I'm officially down 21 kilos total (around 46 pounds)! That’s another 3kg gone since August.

My GP thinks all the walking I did helped, and honestly, I probably ate less than I thought. Attached are some pics from nearly a year apart. Another 20kg and I'll be thrilled!

Protein shakes are always a safe bet. Also, Greek yogurt with berries is a good choice. Cottage cheese is making a comeback too! Just check the labels for added sugar.

Thank you! The first dress is from a little boutique I found in Lyon, and the other one is from a local shop here in Sydney.
 
I saw a recipe for high-protein banana bread that sounds delish. A nice treat for us GLP-1 folks! I'm going to try it this week.

I love making smoothies! I'll share my go-to recipe: protein powder, unsweetened almond milk, spinach, a few berries, and some chia seeds. Keeps me full for hours!
