Loving the Skin I'm In!

Hey everyone! I've been hovering around 215-205 for what feels like forever, and getting to 160 has been a dream. Just wanted to say it can happen, even if it's slow. Remember to love yourself at every stage. I've always appreciated my body and that love just keeps growing. My weight loss journey has been amazing, and I know yours can be too. Be kind to yourself, always!

You look fantastic then and now! But it's the message that really hits home. I'm trying to show myself more love right now, and hopefully I'll be even happier with who I become.

Huge congrats! Can you share how long it took you to reach your goal and what the highest dosage was that you went up to?

Getting both here too. Skin sensitivity comes and goes but I hardly notice it. The cold thing though is amazing - sleeping at 70 without soaking through sheets for the first time in decades feels incredible.

eli lilly's elorantide is for people stacking it with a glp1 after a plateau. free from lilly directly, no ordering from anywhere sketchy.

Start slow, let your body adjust. GLP1 hits people different. Half-life is 5 days, so give it 4 weeks to really settle in. More water than you think you need, and veggies not pills for fiber. Grab enough protein to keep muscle. This'll be smoother if you dodge the rough patches.
