Low dose maintenance? Anyone else?

Not at my goal yet, but I'm using a small 0.5 mg dose and sometimes waiting an extra day if I still feel it working. Losing about a pound a week. Plan to keep the dose low once I get where I want to be.

I went back to the starter dose after getting to my goal and now do the lowest dose every 10 days. Maintained for over a year now! With a combo of diet and exercise, of course.

This is good to hear. Keeping it off long-term is the big challenge. I've talked with my doctor about slowly reducing the dose, and it sounds like using fewer shots over time is pretty common.

I get the same thing at 1mg (10 units) but nothing at 0.5mg with my dose. Even with 32g needles at that low volume, still bruising and bleeding only happens to me every single time, not the others. Thinking it's hypermobility since I bruise super easily anyway. Already using ice and lidocaine for 30 min before but worried about how I'll handle a higher dose when this is already rough. Has anyone diluted theirs to reduce volume?

Wondered the same thing about maintenance doses. Curious whether tirz or other GLPs have similar approaches once youre off active loss.

Protein shakes are my lifesaver when solid food feels heavy. Blended smoothies with fruit and yogurt go down so much easier on the stomach. Talk to your doc about staying at a lower dose while your system adjusts instead of jumping doses the usual way.

Been on this combo for about eight weeks but took a two-week break in there. It's intense for me—first few days I can only manage 500 calories, so I feel dizzy and weak. At 10mg and 0.5mg now. This'll probably be my last week, finally hit my goal. Absolutely fantastic for those stubborn last 15 pounds.

standard starting dose is 2.5 weekly and you hold each dose for at least four weeks while it builds up. increases by 2.5 unless you go off script. i don't increase unless i need to, sometimes just 1 a week. i split my dose — thursday and monday — keeps things more steady and smooths out the peaks and troughs.

eden screwed me over — ordered, they cancelled and demanded new intake after charging me three days early. took 4 months to force the refund, had to threaten a chargeback before they suddenly complied. so many issues with them — late shipping, wrong scripts, overcharges, terrible partner pharmacies.

Just started 10mg Wednesday and I'm dealing with brutal sulfur burps and bloating. These two are killing me right now and I've got a vacation coming. Was off the shot for 3 weeks so I feel like it's hitting harder than usual. Any food tips for getting through a trip like this?

The lifetime framing is the correct one for most people. 2.5 years at maintenance without escalating is exactly the model that makes the cost conversation with insurance easier - stable dose, stable results, low risk profile.
