Low dose success!

I've been taking 0.25mg every week for the last 5 months, and I've gotten rid of about 35 pounds. I have PCOS, and using this along with metformin (plus weight lifting and walking) has given me really consistent periods for the first time ever.

I really wish my insurance would treat this as a valid PCOS treatment, ugh.

Awesome! You didn't increase your dose and it worked this well? What was your average weekly weight reduction while taking that dose?

I am amazed that you lost this much just micro dosing! Congrats!

Fantastic! Proof that you don't always need the highest dose. It might be a little more effort, you might be a little hungrier, but it's worth it. I'm proud of you!

Amazing progress, my gyno suggested starting with a low dose of 0.25 as well for pcos / pre diabetes ,how much metformin are you taking?

That's incredible progress on such a low dose! Do you mind sharing what your starting weight was?

It's so inspiring to see success stories like this! It gives me hope that I can also manage my health issues. Thanks for sharing!

I saw someone on another forum say that they lost 82 pounds, going from 249 to 166. It's really encouraging! These medications can make a HUGE difference when combined with a healthy lifestyle.

Lucky you found something that works at a smaller amount. I'm on the private script version and nothing clicked until I got to 12.5. Everyone's wiring is different when it comes to how meds land.

Low dose started calm but the nausea on day 2-3 hits like clockwork for me. Varies wildly by what I eat, how hydrated I am, even the time of day. Your experience sounds about right.
