Low dose success!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
0.25 barely even counts as a therapeutic amount, it's more about letting your body adjust so the side effects don't hit as hard. Plenty of people don't notice much until they're at 1mg or beyond.

PCOS slows things down too, that insulin resistance won't vanish in a day. Stick it out.

No hormonal condition here so this experience might not line up perfectly. But on a certain compound since early spring and haven't pushed the dose up much. Lost over twenty pounds and the goal has been holding at the smallest amount that still works, which is exactly what the provider recommended.

I'm not on your medication, but I take a drug that blocks androgens for PCOS (PMOS). It's a low dose, yet pounds are dropping, and 12.5mg is my dose on the other one.

I'd say it's worth it if that weight loss genuinely matters to you. If you go for it, I'd suggest microdosing and aiming for roughly half a pound a week. Just know going in that you'll probably need to stay on this indefinitely to hold the line long term, since maintaining it unassisted is genuinely rare, if it were easy you'd have already managed it yourself. You might eventually be able to stretch dosing out further than weekly though. I know people holding steady on the lowest dose every ten days, while others needed to stick with their full therapeutic dose just to maintain. Really varies person to person.
