Nerves were real starting out too. Beginning at a low amount like that usually goes fine for most people. Started that same amount two months back with zero side effects. Just stick to the schedule and don't rush the next increase. Over about two and a half months, moved from 0.25 up to 0.4, taking it slow the whole way. That pacing is probably exactly why nothing's gone wrong so far.
